Seremban Siew Pau @ Empayar Seremban Siew Pow

Seremban Siew Pao, is actually the pastry version of the Char Siew Pau. The bun is being baked instead of being typically steamed. Both might be different in term of textures, however they do share the common Char Siew fillings.

Many would have tasted Siew Pau from different location but I doubt many would know that the best genuine Siew Pao still come from Seremban. From a shop, they have moved to a bigger premise in which they named is as the Empire of Seremban Siew Pao.

It is best to have it there when you had just bought it. But honestly, that is not enough, and it is hard to resist to get some home.

Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. Together with the well flavoured Char Siew fillings, you will never complain a pastry of such.

No doubt that you can get Seremban Siew Pao from many places in KL. But nothing beats the real Siew Pao sourced from Seremban. Indeed, one is never enough. As for me, I can never have enough of the Seremban Siew Pao.
